Plan, coordinate, and execute apprentice hiring under NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) and NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) across multiple sites.
Conduct outreach and build partnerships with ITIs, polytechnics, engineering colleges, and skill development institutions.
Manage sourcing, screening, assessment, selection, offer issuance, and onboarding processes for apprentices and campus hires.
Ensure compliance with apprenticeship guidelines, agreements, and documentation.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and reports for management and statutory purposes.
Support volume hiring requirements for condition monitoring services across customer locations
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in apprentice hiring and campus recruitment.
Good understanding of NAPS/NATS processes and compliance requirements.
Prior experience hiring for industrial services, maintenance, or engineering sectors is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to engage with institutes, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
Ready to travel across India for recruitment and onboarding activities.
