Job Title: Executive Assistant

We are hiring an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant for our Roofling Sheet Manufacturing company located in Autonagar Visakhapatnam. This position is open for female candidates only. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to senior management and ensuring smooth day to day operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules calendars and appointments for senior management
• Coordinate meetings conferences and business communications
• Prepare reports presentations and official correspondence as required
• Maintain records files and important documentation with accuracy
• Act as a point of contact between management and internal or external stakeholders
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Assist in office administration tasks and support in daily operations

Requirements

• Graduate with prior experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under deadlines
