  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives located globally (US, UK, Europe).
  • Manage complex

    calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination

    across time zones.
  • Handle

    travel arrangements

    , itinerary management, and expense reporting in compliance with company policy.
  • Prepare and maintain

    MIS reports

    , dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
  • Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence, emails, and documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of leadership.
  • Track project deliverables, action items, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information.
  • Support with

    minimum 5+ years of relevant experience

Technical & Professional Skills Required
