Responsibilities:

  • Facility Management
  • Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, security, and utility services for the plant and office premises.
  • Monitor AMC contracts and vendor service quality for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other critical infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
  • Administrative Operations
  • Maintain records of admin expenses, budget tracking, and cost control initiatives.
  • Manage company assets (furniture, IT peripherals, tools) and inventory tracking.
  • Ensure availability of office supplies and PPE kits for production and admin staff.
  • Vendor & Contractor Management
  • Evaluate, onboard, and manage service providers (transport, canteen, housekeeping, courier, etc.).
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, safety protocols, and timely payments.
  • Conduct periodic audits of third-party services.
  • Employee Support Services
  • Coordinate travel, lodging, and transport arrangements for staff and visitors.
  • Manage ID cards, access control, and workplace ergonomics.
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities and CSR initiatives.


Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration - Manufacturing Industry.
