1. Responsible for developing Corporate Social Responsibility strategy, identify and provide support for social initiatives as well as develop and monitor new community initiatives aligned to the thrust areas. 2. Manage CSR budget, prepare a yearly CSR action plan, with creative programs and projects for the community. 3. Collaborating with the various departments to ensure proper implementation of programs and identifying ways to enhance the process if needed. 4. Analyzing & studying CSR related sponsorship requests (need assessment) and submit briefs for approvals (NFA’s). 5. Manage the relationship with non-profit organizations and identify best collaboration opportunities. 6. Manage volunteering initiatives and ensure proper implementation of activities. 7. Build awareness and sensitize employees on CSR to enhance employee volunteerism in CSR activities. 8. Ensure keeping records of all volunteering initiatives (post event analysis, pictures, number of volunteers, budgets & cost, number of activities, satisfaction rates, Etc). 9. Responsible for conducting CSR related surveys, preparing CSR related information for the website and CSR journal. Stay abreast with the latest CSR trends.
