Qualification : CS-inter , ICSI1. Annual Return - Basics Checks with IRIS software and report, sending to client for approval, file with registrar and generate Invoice.2. Company Formation (a) - Draft Article of Association, appoint/add directors in IRIS software, appoint/add shareholders in IRIS software, Update share capital.3. Company Formation (b - after formation) - Structure Statement, Formation Cover Letter to Client, Disbursement of fees, generate Share Certificates.4. New client - check Certificate of Incorporation & index, Article of Association & index, appoint/add shareholders in IRIS software, Update share capital5. Company Strike off - Check Article for provisions, Annual Returns due date, Capital Distribution, Cover Letter to Client.6. Company Dissolution - Update Company Records, generate Statutory Registers & Index, Index all other resolutions & minutes.7. Company Disengagement - remove all D&T address, Statutory Registers & Index, Index all other resolutions & minutes.8. Dividends - Pre checks regarding the Article of Association for provisions, generate minutes or Board meeting, generate Tax Voucher.9. Dormant Accounts - Update IRIS and generate Unaudited Financial Statement.10. Overseas Entities in UK Annual report - check details with report, sent to client, query to UK team11. eReminders - check on daily basis for due dates for Accounts & Annual returns for any overdue & query with Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
