Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Administration role located in Bharuch district. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and supporting executive staff in daily administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities include overseeing correspondence, handling confidential materials, preparing reports, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as schedule management, report preparation, and correspondence handling
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for effective multitasking and prioritization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction
• Proficiency in common office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with administrative tools
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality in managing sensitive information
• Experience in executive administration or a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous
