**Company:** RK Trading (Cotton Waste Manufacturer)**Location:** Udhna, Surat**Monthly Turnover:** ■30 Lakh■ Position Overview:We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support seniormanagement in day-to-day operations. The EA will handle administrative coordination, follow-ups,report management, scheduling, and overall operational support to ensure smooth businessfunctioning.■ Key Responsibilities:• Assist management in day-to-day business operations and decision-making.• Coordinate between departments (Production, Sales, Purchase, Accounts, etc.) for work updates.• Maintain daily reports, schedules, and follow-ups with teams.• Handle calls, emails, and documentation efficiently.• Support in drafting quotations, emails, and client communications.• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and performance records.• Manage meetings, appointments, and reminders for senior management.• Ensure smooth execution of tasks assigned by management.■ Required Skills:• Excellent communication and coordination skills.• Strong command over MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.• Time management and multi-tasking ability.• Positive attitude and accountability.• Smart decision-making and follow-up skills.■ Education & Experience:• Minimum Education: Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Any Graduate).• Experience: 2–4 years in a similar executive assistant, admin, or coordination role.■■■ Gender Preference:• Male or Female (Preference: Smart & Responsible Personality)■ Age Range:• 25 to 35 Years■ Salary Range:• ■15,000 – ■18,000 per month (Based on skills & experience)■ Working Hours:■ 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM■ Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)■ Contact Details:■ Janardan Sir■ COO (Chief Operation Operator)■ Mobile: 7405750509■ Email: popatjaan94@gmail.com
