About the Role:

Administrative Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative tasks including record keeping, billing, and documentation.
  • Maintain stock and inventory records in coordination with the store manager.
  • Assist in preparing daily sales and purchase reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Support management in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing office supplies.
  • Maintain customer databases and ensure data accuracy.


Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related filed.
