Job Summary:

Our Client is a fast-growing construction chemicals manufacturing company, steadily expanding its footprint across India. With a focus on innovation, quality, and on-ground technical support, we’re committed to offering high-performance solutions to the construction and infrastructure sector. Over the years, we’ve witnessed strong growth, both in sales and team size, making this an exciting time to strengthen our leadership team. 


Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

-         Maintain accurate books of accounts (day-to-day accounting entries, general ledger, trial balance).

-         Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and debtor follow-ups.

-         Handle bank reconciliation, journal entries, and petty cash.

Taxation & Compliance

-         Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, PF/ESI, and other statutory compliances.

-         Ensure timely submission of returns and statutory payments.

-         Assist in audits (statutory, tax, and internal) and coordinate with auditors.

-         Manage import & export accounting, documentation, and compliance (shipping bills, BOE, duty/tax handling, forex transactions, etc.).

Financial Reporting & MIS

-         Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

-         Generate MIS reports for management review (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

Documentation & Records Management

-         Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and financial records.

-         Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory record-keeping requirements.

Other Responsibilities

-         Coordinate with banks, consultants, and statutory authorities as required.

-         Support in cost control, expense monitoring, and process improvements.

-         Provide financial data as per requirement.


Qualifications

-         B.Com / M.Com (or equivalent)

-         Experience: 2 to 5 years

-         Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances.

-         Proficiency in Tally ERP/SAP or any ERP system and MS Excel. Knowledge of import & export accounting, documentation, and compliance.

-         Good communication and analytical skills.
