Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Account Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage C-level executives, marketing directors, and key decision-makers within target corporations to secure event contracts.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the corporate events market, focusing on high-value, multi-event, or long-term accounts.
  • Proposal Development: Create and present bespoke, compelling proposals and pitches that clearly articulate the value proposition and creative capabilities of Modern Stage Events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact from initial lead through contract finalization.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and corporate event needs to position our services effectively.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and consistently exceed challenging monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven, significant experience as an Event Sales Manager, specifically dealing in corporate event sales. Direct experience in selling event planning, production, or management services is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional track record of successfully closing high-value, complex event contracts with major corporations.
  • Outstanding networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand corporate marketing and budget cycles.
  • High level of proficiency in using CRM software for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Self-motivated, strategic, and capable of working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
