Promote and close deals for premium banquet halls and hotel properties. Build long-term relationships with stakeholders for recurring bookings. Conduct property visits, client meetings, and presentations to drive bulk sales. Negotiate pricing and package offerings with high-end venues and clients. 🔸 BTC (Business-to-Consumer): Handle inbound and outbound leads for weddings, social gatherings, and private functions. Recommend premium banquet and hotel venues based on client preferences, capacity, and budget. Deliver customized solutions to high-value clients seeking luxury experiences. Provide end-to-end assistance from inquiry to event day coordination. Maintain top-tier service levels to ensure maximum client satisfaction and referrals. 👤 Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management preferred. 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, venue sales, or luxury event management. Strong knowledge of 3-star to 5-star banquet halls and hotels in Delhi NCR. Confident, well-spoken, and persuasive in client meetings. Ability to manage high-pressure sales targets while maintaining professionalism.
