FutureTech Media, a venture of AICRA, is a leading platform dedicated to promoting robotics, AI, Industry 4.0 technologies, and innovation-driven events. We conceptualize and execute large-format expos, conferences, award shows, summits, and B2B engagement platforms that bring together industry leaders, policymakers, startups, and global innovators.

The Event Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue through sponsorship sales, exhibitor acquisition, partnership development, and delegate registrations for FutureTech Media’s flagship events. The role demands a highly motivated professional with strong communication, industry understanding, and proven experience in event sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and close sponsorship deals for expos, conferences, and summits.
  • Generate exhibitor sales for FutureTech events by targeting relevant industries and tech companies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government bodies, startups, and industry associations.
  • Create customized proposals, pricing models, and partnership packages for potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic outreach and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and event production teams to ensure successful event execution.
  • Represent the organization at industry meetings, roadshows, and networking events.
  • Manage CRM entries, track sales metrics, and prepare regular reports for leadership.
  • Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities and potential event categories.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and long-term retention of sponsors and exhibitors.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of proven experience in event sales, B2B sales, or sponsorship sales.
  • Strong network within technology, startup, corporate, or innovation ecosystems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create compelling sales pitches and value-driven partnerships.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of robotics, AI, automation, deep tech, or STEM sectors is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
