Job Description

As a sales professional in this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets across weddings, events, and corporate bookings. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and client outreach - Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure - Maintaining strong relationships with wedding planners, event managers, corporates, and HNI clients - Collaborating with the marketing team to craft compelling campaigns and promotional materials - Keeping accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings using CRM tools - Leading a small team of sales executives, providing training and performance feedback To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (MBA preferred) - 5+ years of proven sales experience in hospitality, events, or luxury services - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - A keen understanding of Hyderabad's social and wedding market - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills - Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools Joining this company will offer you the opportunity to be part of one of South India's most unique event destinations.
