Job Description

As an Event Sales Manager at our company based in Pune, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by effectively managing the complete sales cycle in the events and experiential marketing industry. Your strong understanding of the industry, exceptional communication skills, and ability to convert leads into successful projects will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to generate new business opportunities. - Independently manage the end-to-end sales process from client inquiry, concept pitching, costing, and negotiation to final closure. - Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop impactful proposals and event concepts. - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and industry networking events. - Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and client needs. - Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining regular communication and delivering promised outcomes. - Prepare and maintain sales reports, pipelines, and performance data for management review. - Lead and mentor junior business development or sales executives (if applicable). Desired Skills & Competencies: - Strong networking and relationship-building abilities within the corporate and events ecosystem. - Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. - Proven track record of closing deals independently and managing key accounts. - Deep understanding of event production, marketing activations, and experiential campaigns. - High level of professionalism, initiative, and self-motivation. In this role, you will be responsible for independently managing the complete sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals, achieving sales targets, representing the company in client meetings, and ensuring client satisfaction.
