Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Wedding planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and a proven ability to coordinate effectively with clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering relationships, and supporting business growth through seamless client servicing.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or diploma.

Experience: 1 to 2 years in client servicing, customer relationship management, or a similar role.

-Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Hands-on experience with data analysis and reporting.

Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

-Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

-Soft Skills:

Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
