Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Decor coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience to oversee the design and execution of wedding and social events of the decor. The ideal candidate should possess a strong flair for design, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to bring creative visions to life with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed decor presentations for weddings and social events, ensuring all aspects align with the client’s vision.

• Conduct site visits with clients and the production team to understand venue layouts and requirements.

• Collaborate with graphic designers to develop layouts that are visually appealing and feasible.

• Prepare comprehensive production sheets, detailing quantities, materials, and t imelines for execution.

• Coordinate with fabrication teams, carpenters, electricians, and designers to ensure seamless execution of decor plans.

• Manage and supervise on-site setups and dismantling, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.

• Maintain a strong understanding of prominent banqueting and wedding venues in Delhi and NCR.

• Act as a point of contact between clients, vendors, and the production team to ensure flawless delivery.

• Demonstrate a keen eye for design details and a thorough understanding of production processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in event decor or related industry.

• Proven experience in creating decor presentations and layouts.

• Strong understanding of event production, including working with diverse teams.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills. • Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into actionable plans.

• Well-versed with prominent venues across Delhi NCR.

• Passion for events, weddings, and bringing creative visions to life.

• Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
