Wedding Planner

As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end wedding planning, vendor coordination, dcor execution, and on-ground event management. Your role will involve meeting clients to understand their preferences, creating detailed event timelines and layouts, coordinating with various vendors such as Dcor, Venue, Catering, Photography, Logistics, and Artists, as well as overseeing wedding dcor, stage setups, lighting, and hospitality. Additionally, you will be in charge of guest management, travel arrangements, accommodation, and ensuring smooth execution on the wedding day. Key Responsibilities: - Manage complete wedding planning & coordination - Meet clients to understand theme, dcor & budget - Create detailed event timelines, checklists & layouts - Coordinate with vendors: Dcor, Venue, Catering, Photography, Logistics, Artists - Oversee wedding dcor, stage setups, lighting & hospitality - Handle guest management, travel & accommodation - Ensure smooth execution on the wedding day Qualifications Required: - Strong client communication skills - Vendor management & negotiation experience - Creativity in wedding dcor & themes - Event planning & multitasking abilities - Problem-solving skills & on-ground execution experience - Effective time management during peak event hours This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.,
