Job Title: Wedding Planner

We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of wedding events—from concept development and vendor management to execution and post-event follow-up. You will work closely with couples to bring their vision to life, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Minimum Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their vision, style, budget, and expectations.
• Develop and manage comprehensive wedding plans, timelines, and checklists.
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors, including venues, florists, photographers, caterers, musicians, and more.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Oversee event design, décor, and logistics to align with the client’s vision.
• Conduct venue visits and walkthroughs to finalize layouts and setups.
• Handle guest management, seating arrangements, invitations, and RSVPs.
• Supervise event day setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure flawless delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any last-minute issues calmly and efficiently.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
