Job Description

We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to manage end-to-end wedding planning, vendor coordination, décor execution, and on-ground event management.
If you are passionate about weddings, have strong communication skills, and can handle multiple events, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete wedding planning & coordination
Meet clients to understand theme, décor & budget
Create detailed event timelines, checklists & layouts
Coordinate with vendors: Décor, Venue, Catering, Photography, Logistics, Artists
Oversee wedding décor, stage setups, lighting & hospitality
Handle guest management, travel & accommodation
Negotiate pricing and manage budgets & payments
Ensure smooth execution on the wedding day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
