You will play a key role in building our digital presence by creating engaging content, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, and bringing The Tamarind Tree’s story to life through reels, posts, and more. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Capture and edit engaging Reels and Stories during events, walkthroughs, and day-to-day activities. Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaign ideas and content calendars. Edit photos and videos for posts, stories, and ads using tools like InShot, Canva, or Adobe Suite. Stay on top of trends, audios, and creative formats to keep our content fresh and relevant. Monitor social media engagement and suggest ways to improve performance. Assist in coordinating shoots, managing content libraries, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms. Requirements: Passion for social media, storytelling, and content creation. Strong skills in mobile videography and editing (especially reels and stories). Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and basic analytics tools. Proficiency in video/photo editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Lightroom, Canva, etc.). Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for design and aesthetics. Ability to work on-site, especially during events or shoots. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with vendors, managing wedding budgets, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth execution of traditional celebrations. Key Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the wedding planning process. - Drive outbound sales efforts and convert venue bookings into full wedding planning packages. - Meet with clients to pitch services, discuss themes, venue setups, and specific requirements. - Provide innovative ideas for decor, stationery, music, etc., aligning with clients" visions. - Discuss budgets and travel restrictions, ensuring all preparations stay within the set budget. - Plan the itinerary, arrange transport, and coordinate on-site activities for a smooth event. - Manage all aspects of the wedding day, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. - Secure wedding gifts, obtain feedback from clients, and maintain event records.
