Through curated content and high-impact events—ranging from summits and roundtables to offsites and exhibitions—we bring together decision-makers and technology leaders shaping the future.
• Coordinate with venues on layout, compliance, seating, signage, catering, parking, etc.
o AV (sound, screen, lighting)
o Stage/venue setup
o Fabrication & branding
o F&B/catering
o Photography & videography
o Gifting & printing
• Ensure all creatives are delivered and installed as per branding guidelines and timelines.
• Act as the primary onsite escalation point.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic project management tools.
• A problem-solver with a calm, practical, and solutions-driven mindset.
• Experience working in a media, agency, or IP-led event environment. • Familiarity with design software or creative briefing tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) is a plus.
• Prior experience with hybrid/virtual event platforms and tech.
