In this position, you will also be responsible for supervising and training event staff and volunteers, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring clear communication with clients and stakeholders. Conducting post-event evaluation meetings to assess event success, gather feedback for future improvements, and managing event budgets will also be key responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field, along with strong organizational and project management skills.
