Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth across media, events, and content solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B media sales, sponsorships, and client servicing. This is a key position that involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
● Sales & Revenue Generation:
o Drive sponsorship and media sales across Tech Disruptor Media’s events and digital
platforms.
o Pitch content and brand solution offerings to new and existing clients.
o Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
● Client Management:
o Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
o Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of agreed services.
o Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
● Business Development:
o Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
o Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups.
● Go-To-Market Strategy:
o Contribute actively to the GTM strategy for new launches and flagship properties.
o Provide market intelligence and client feedback to refine offerings.
● Travel & Client Meetings:
o Travel across different regions in India to pitch services, close deals, and build
relationships.
● Operational Excellence:
o Prepare effective sales presentations using MS PowerPoint.
o Track and report sales performance and client deliverables using MS Excel.
o Ensure timely invoicing and collections.
Requirements:
● 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B media sales, sponsorship sales, and content-driven brand solutions.
● Proven track record in event sponsorship and client relationship management.
● Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.
● Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel is a must.
● Willingness to travel across India regularly for client meetings.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Experience in GTM strategy or product positioning is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Background in working with media houses, digital publications, or event management companies.
● Understanding of the tech and enterprise ecosystem in India.
