Role Description The Event Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all the aspects of events from inception through execution. This role involves coordinating with various departments, vendors, and clients to ensure that events are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget. The Event Operations Manager will play a key role in planning, organizing, and directing event operations, ensuring a seamless and successful experience. Understand project briefs from the BD and CS teams and effectively communicate the requirements to the Operations team. Identify, manage, and evaluate vendors to ensure that they meet cost, quality, and timeline requirements. Coordinate vendor billing and collaborate with the accounts department to ensure timely processing. Address and resolve client and CS queries promptly to maximize client satisfaction and gather valuable feedback. Oversee the design, execution, and production processes, ensuring that they align precisely with client specifications. Maintain brand consistency across all event deliverables, from concept to execution. Prepare cost estimates, develop project plans, and manage budgets to ensure events are executed within financial constraints. Conduct thorough post-event evaluations to assess event success and identify areas for improvement. Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and reduce costs where possible. Essential Skill Set: Experience in event operations or related roles. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage vendors and handle budgeting.
