Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Event Manager to join our team at the Arya Group, with 3-8 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate events, conferences, and meetings.
Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and layouts.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful events.
Create and manage event budgets and timelines.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve event goals.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Event Manager or in a related field.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with event planning software and tools.
