Role Overview

ESG Client Enablement Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through onboarding: set up ESG data collection pipelines, supplier assessments, materiality assessments, etc.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients post sales for support, issue resolution, and ensuring smooth usage of Credibl’s platform.
• Assist clients in mapping their ESG requirements to the appropriate frameworks (CSRD, ESRS, GRI, CDP, etc.).
• Perform training sessions/webinars/workshops for clients to help them use Credibl’s reporting dashboards and other tools.
• Monitor client usage metrics, identify pain points, propose improvements (product / process).
• Liaise with internal teams (product, engineering, advisory) to ensure that feedback and issues from clients are addressed.
• Support renewal discussions and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Occasionally assist in data validation / quality checks for clients if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of work experience in a client-facing role, especially in ESG, sustainability, compliance, or data reporting.
• Experience or familiarity with ESG frameworks (CSRD, ESRS, GRI, CDP, SASB, etc.).
• Strong understanding of data workflows, dashboards, analytics.
• Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical / sustainability jargon into clear guidance for clients.
• Problem solving mindset; ability to handle multiple clients / issues simultaneously.
• Good stakeholder management, relationship building.
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment; willingness to adapt.

Bonus / Nice to have

• Experience with AI or software platforms for ESG or sustainability.
• Knowledge of supply chain traceability or financed emissions.
• Prior experience working with consulting or advisory side of ESG.
• Exposure to assurance / audits in sustainability reporting.
