Role Overview As an Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for various technical and non technical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Key Responsibilities - Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles for technical positions. - Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle - from job posting, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and closure. - Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs. - Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, and candidate communications in a timely manner. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Required Qualifications & Skills - 2-4 years of hands-on experience in IT and Non IT recruitment (both sourcing and end-to-end hiring). - Strong knowledge of technical roles (e.g., Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineers). - Proficiency with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Hirist) and recruitment tools (ATS/CRM). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Why this role? You’ll join a fast‐moving, product‐centric startup where engineers own features end‐to‐end and build AI‐driven tooling that helps companies meet global climate‐disclosure standards. Key responsibilities Design, build, and ship customer‐facing features in Elixir, Python and TypeScript/JavaScript own them from PR to production. Contribute to architecture discussions, then translate them into clean, tested code. Integrate AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini Cli & ChatGPT) into daily workflow; share best practices with the team. Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews. Job Description – ESG Expert 📍 Location: Pune 🕑 Experience: 3–6 years About the Role We are looking for an ESG Consultant with strong expertise in sustainability, climate strategy, and ESG reporting. This role will be a key part of Credibl’s ESG advisory practice and will closely collaborate with leadership to deliver high-impact outcomes for clients across industries. Key Responsibilities Develop ESG strategies & implementation roadmaps aligned with client business objectives. Conduct GHG accounting (Scope 1, 2, 3) and support decarbonisation pathways in high-emission sectors. Lead sustainability reporting & disclosures under frameworks such as GRI, BRSR, CDP, GRESB, EcoVadis. Perform ESG assurance audits and ensure compliance with global standards. Build and manage ESG dashboards and streamline client data collection processes. Partner with the Founder on client delivery, leadership engagement, and business development. What We’re Looking For 3–6 years of relevant experience in ESG consulting, sustainability reporting, or climate strategy. Strong knowledge of global reporting frameworks, GHG Protocol, ISO 14064. Demonstrated ability to engage with client leadership and manage projects end-to-end. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Passionate about sustainability, climate change, and energy transition. Qualifications Master’s in Energy Engineering / Sustainability / Environmental Sciences (preferred).
