Position Overview

ESG Analyst / Sustainability Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ESG gap assessments, materiality analysis, and risk assessments.
• Support the development of sustainability strategies and roadmaps for clients.
• Prepare or assist in the preparation of ESG/Sustainability reports aligned with key frameworks including:

• BRSR & BRSR Core

• GRI (Global Reporting Initiative)

• CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive)

• IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards (ISSB)

• CDP, EcoVadis, SBTi

  frameworks

• GHG accounting

  (Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions), support in data collection, and analysis.
• Assist in ESG benchmarking, scoring, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Conduct basic ESG due diligence and support data verification/validation processes.
• Contribute to projects involving

  limited assurance

  or

  third-party review

  processes.
• Stay updated on evolving ESG regulations, sustainability trends, and disclosure standards.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and clients to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, ESG, Engineering, Management, or related disciplines.

1–3 years of experience

✅ Strong understanding of ESG parameters, sustainability frameworks, and global standards.

✅ Hands-on experience or familiarity with:

• BRSR, BRSR Core

• GRI, CSRD, IFRS (ISSB)

• CDP, EcoVadis, SBTi

• GHG Protocol and emissions inventory

✅ Excellent analytical, research, and report-writing skills.

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and sustainability-related tools or software.

✅ Strong communication, project management, and client-handling skills.
