We're building a team of passionate, proactive Business Development Interns ready to grow with purpose. This is not a back-office role this is for the driven and curious who want to work on-ground, meet decision-makers, and contribute to something larger than themselves. What You'll Get to Do: Engage with Enterprise Clients (Online & On-site) Build authentic conversations with prospects via calls, LinkedIn, emails, and field visits. Drive Outreach & Campaigns Support ESG-themed events and market activation efforts. Generate Leads & Support Sales Cycles Help scout the right companies, conduct follow-ups, and assist in closing impactful deals. Conduct Smart Market Research Deep-dive into MSMEs, manufacturers, and other target sectors to identify ESG champions. Maintain CRM & Proposal Pipelines Learn how sales pipelines work and support basic sales deck creation. Represent UTOPIIC in the Field Be the face of our platform in India's industrial ecosystem and beyond. Who You Are: A self-starter who doesn't wait for instructions Comfortable with field work and confident in conversations Curious about ESG, sustainability, and business innovation Looking for mentorship, not just tasks Comfortable working with a lean team and learning on the go. Preferred Backgrounds: BBA, B.Com, Economics, Marketing, Environmental Studies, Mass Comm, or any degree with a strong business or communication instinct. What's In It for You?
