Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BD intern, based in Noida. Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, developing customized solutions, and providing valuable insights to help optimize operations. The role involves conducting research, preparing reports, collaborating with team members, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality project outcomes. The BDI will also engage with clients to identify strategic goals and ensure their alignment with delivered solutions.


Qualifications

  • Generate leads through calls, digital platforms, referrals, and outbound activities
  • Contact prospective students and provide detailed information about courses and programs
  • Understand student requirements and counsel them on suitable learning options
  • Follow up regularly on generated and assigned leads to drive conversions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the admission process
  • Maintain accurate data of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and revenue targets
  • Handle objections, queries, and concerns professionally and close sales
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of enrolled students
  • Participate in product training, sales reviews, and team meetings
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, attendance rules, and performance standards
