Business Development Intern

If yes, we invite you to join our team as a Business Development Intern - Sustainability Workshops at Skrap.

At Skrap, we provide zero waste services for events, organisations, and brands, as well as sustainability workshops for corporates and communities. Our aim is to reduce and divert waste from landfills, build awareness, and inspire positive climate action.

This internship offers hands-on experience in business development and client communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Outreach:

• Generate business leads for Sustainability workshops and activities
• Design email templates for client outreach
• Research trending sustainability workshop topics

• Client Engagement:

• Support with client communication and follow-ups
• Assist in designing client presentations

• Market & Competitor Research:

• Conduct competitor analysis to assess the competitor landscape 
• Conduct market research analysis to identify new trends and business opportunities
• Research new workshop opportunities for educational institutes and NGOs

• Content & Social Media Strategy:

• Draft LinkedIn posts, and create and maintain and LinkedIn calendar. 
• Support the launch of a Skrap newsletter
• Develop exciting monthly emailers and templates showcasing our offerings
• Research and recommend software tools for undertaking email campaigns

• Can commit to a minimum of 3 months

Location:

This is a full-time paid stipend open to candidates based in India. We are a remote-first organisation and offer flexible work hours.
