Role Overview

commission-only basis

12-15 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

•      Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries including Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Healthcare, Education, and Professional Services

•      Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales meetings showcasing XeERP, XeCRM, and XeHRM capabilities

•      Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting

•      Understand client pain points and map XenonLabs solutions to their business requirements

•      Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets

•      Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth client onboarding

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience

Strong ERP domain expertise

•      Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

•      Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients across multiple industries

•      Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

•      Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

•      Existing network of contacts in target industries is a plus

Must be willing to commit 12-15 hours per week

Compensation Structure

This is a 100% commission-based role with no fixed salary.

•      No earnings cap – your income is directly tied to your performance
