Description
Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) tailored to machine manufacturing operations. Configure and customize ERP modules for procurement, inventory, production planning, quality control, and finance. Ensure seamless integration with fabrication, machine shop, and assembly processes. Develop user-friendly dashboards, reports, and workflows to improve efficiency. Analyze existing business processes and recommend ERP-driven automation solutions. Integrate MRP, BOM, production scheduling, and supply chain management within ERP. Collaborate with IT, production, finance, and procurement teams to optimize system functionality. Ensure real-time data synchronization between departments for better decision-making. Conduct training sessions for employees to ensure effective ERP usage. Develop user manuals, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides for system operations. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Configure ERP for accurate data capture and reporting. Generate reports for inventory control, production efficiency, purchase tracking, and financial analysis. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the ERP system. Monitor system performance and suggest upgrades or enhancements. Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, audit requirements, and company policies.
