Job Description

Role: Manager Enterprise Sales

Exp: 5-10 Years

Location: Noida / NCR

Key Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets within the SAP product line.

  • Identify and

    pursue new business opportunities by establishing relationships with potential clients.

  • Manage the

    entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Collaborate with

    SAP consultants to understand project requirements and present appropriate solutions.

  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop and implement sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide

    accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

  • Conduct virtual presentations, product demos, and webinars to educate customers on our offerings.

  • Track and manage the

    sales pipeline in the CRM system, updating contact information, engagement status, and sales progress.

  • Build and

    maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, providing excellent after-sales support and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

  • Partner with

    Marketing, Technical, and Product teams to improve customer experience and drive solution adoption.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline/sales targets and KPIs.
  • Qualifications:
  • B Tech /MBA degree is required a related field, from a reputed college/institute.

  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a sales environment.
  • Familiarity with

    CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, using online research tools and

    databases
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum of

    4 years experience in sales or business development within the SAP ecosystem.

  • Proven track

    record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience: 5-10 Years in the relevant field. [Must have experience in Customer facing and revenue generation]
