Role: Manager MEP / HVAC Sales

Exp 5-10 Years

Location: Delhi NCR/ Gurugram

Academic: BE/ B Tech

Role Objective:

Key Job Responsibilities: -

  • Sales and Business Development of HVAC, Air Purification Products and Engineering products in B2B-Corporate and Institutional Sales.

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies

    to achieve

    company sales targets and expand market presence.

  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and

    support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Monitor

    sales performance and implement improvement plans as needed.

  • Understand

    client requirements and provide customized HVAC solutions

    that meet their needs.
  • Conduct market research to analyse competitive landscape

    and identify

    potential areas for growth Requirements:

  • Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities

  • Deliver business development related presentations, negotiate, and close business

    with nominated accounts
  • Provide Product, Service, or Equipment and Technical/Engineering information

    by answering questions and requests.

  • Track 20+ active projects; visit contractors, PMCs, and site teams until PO is issued.

  • Submit

    technical compliance sheets, negotiate commercial terms, trigger material release.

  • Maintain a weekly conversion report in CRM

  • Scan tenders, consultant networks, and architect circles for new HVAC projects.

  • Position

    company products in schematic and detailed BOQs

  • Deliver tech presentations.

  • Maintain

    working ties with HVAC contractors and MEP consultants.

  • Log every touchpoint; flag blockers early to the management team.

4.

  • Interpret

    HVAC drawings, perform CFM takeoffs, size equipment, prepare costings.

  • Coordinate with design and operations for submittals, samples, mockups, FAT.

5.

  • Own a 12week rolling funnel; update booking probability, order value, and expected close date each Friday.

  • Hit monthly reviews with data.
