Job Summary

Enterprise Sales executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key stakeholders across insurance companies, intermediaries, and new/existing OEMs to drive sales growth.
  • Pitch and ideate on new ideas along with

    upselling opportunities

    in existing accounts as per Binary ecosystem.
  • Target and onboard

    insurance intermediaries

    including brokers, TPAs, and corporate agents as strategic partners for our platform.
  • Approach

    automotive OEMs

    launching or expanding insurance programs and position Binary Semantics as their preferred technology partner.
  • Manage the complete

    sales cycle

    from lead generation and solution presentation to negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with

    pre-sales, product, and implementation

    teams to tailor demos and proof of concepts addressing client needs.
  • Maintain a robust

    CRM pipeline

    , deliver accurate sales forecasts, and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Represent the company at

    industry forums, client meetings, and marketing events

    to build brand presence.
  • Also, chance to work on different product verticals such as

    FleetRobo, GSTrobo, Analytics

    , etc., and pitch comprehensive solutions to clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years

    enterprise/B2B sales experience

    , preferably within SaaS, Insurtech, or IT solutions targeting BFSI verticals.
  • Strong knowledge of

    insurance products, distribution channels, and intermediary ecosystems

    .
  • Experience engaging

    senior-level decision-makers

    (CXOs, Heads of Distribution, Digital, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in

    consultative/solution selling

    and closing complex deals.
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and relationship-building

    skills.
  • Willingness and need to travel

    to clients for meetings.

Preferred

  • Prior experience working with

    insurance intermediaries

    and

    automotive OEMs

    or

    SaaS-based selling

    .
  • Understanding of

    insurance digital transformation projects

    .
  • MBA or relevant

    technical/business degree

    .
