You will work closely with the leadership team to drive business growth, acquire and manage enterprise clients, and deliver high-impact digital solutions.


Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, engage, and convert potential enterprise clients through digital outreach, CRM tools, and structured sales funnels.
  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to close deals and increase revenue.
  • Build consultative relationships with decision-makers to position ADG’s digital offerings effectively.

2. Analytical Sales & Reporting

  • Leverage data and analytics to drive sales strategy and decisions.
  • Interpret campaign metrics and sales data to identify patterns and optimize the sales cycle.
  • Prepare insightful, data-backed reports to support business decisions and client communications.

3. PowerPoint Presentations & Client Pitching

  • Create visually appealing, persuasive, and fact-based PowerPoint presentations tailored to each client's needs.
  • Present confidently to CXOs and senior decision-makers — both virtually and in person.
  • Use storytelling and data visualization to communicate complex digital solutions clearly.

4. Paid Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize

    paid advertising campaigns

    across platforms like

    Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn

    .
  • Monitor campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS, and adjust strategies in real-time.
  • Ensure delivery of qualified leads and measurable ROI from every campaign.

5. Digital Marketing Strategy & SEO

  • Oversee social media content calendars, publishing schedules, and performance reviews.
  • Develop SEO strategies for organic growth and increased visibility across search engines.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with design, content, and strategy teams to ensure integrated digital solutions.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and project success.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum

    4+ years of experience

    in digital marketing, performance marketing, or digital sales roles.
  • Strong background in

    enterprise sales

    ,

    B2B client acquisition

    , and

    account management

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    running paid ad campaigns

    (Meta, LinkedIn, Google).
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in

    Google Analytics

  • Proficiency in creating

    with clear data storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a
