Position Overview
As an Engineering Manager, you will be a part of our growing India team, collaborating closely with the Engineering department in Sweden. Our Engineering Department includes over 70+ engineers working within embedded systems, system software as well as windows applications and web services. Alongside five other Engineering Managers based in Sweden, you will play a crucial role in building and shaping the India development team, ensuring alignment in processes, culture, and technical setup with our Swedish operations. You will report directly to the Director of Engineering in Sweden.In this position, you will lead our Tools team which develops intuitive, high impact tools for our partners to design, configure, and commission AGV & AMR systems. These tools enable our partners to design the system and subsequently install and calibrate the systems at the customer sites.The mission of this position is to build and lead a high-performing India team that works in close alignment with our Swedish operations. You will foster engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while driving innovation and personal growth. You will guide the team through organizational growth, ensuring they embrace and manage change effectively in a dynamic environment.
