Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial leader to head our Employee Engagement practice. This role combines strategic thinking with on-ground execution and consultative selling. As the face of our engagement vertical, you will work closely with clients to design meaningful people experiences while growing the business and building long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: Employee Engagement Strategy & Program Design Lead the development of innovative employee engagement solutions, aligned to client goals and workplace realities. Create customized solutions across the employee lifecycle—onboarding, culture, well-being, recognition, communication, and inclusion. Leverage data, insights, and feedback to continuously evolve engagement offerings. Business Development & Growth Identify new opportunities and partnerships to scale the Employee Engagement vertical. Build and grow a pipeline of prospects; pitch relevant engagement offerings to HR and business leaders. Prepare proposals, solution decks, and impact narratives that speak to client needs. Meet revenue and growth targets for the vertical. Client Relationship Management Act as a strategic advisor to clients on their engagement and people experience challenges. Manage and nurture long-term client relationships with a focus on trust, delivery, and results. Facilitate workshops, townhalls, and other initiatives as part of solution delivery. Delivery Leadership Lead a cross-functional team to ensure high-quality execution of all engagement initiatives. Define clear success metrics for each program and track outcomes. Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal delivery. Desired Profile: 6–10 years of experience in HR consulting, employee engagement, or culture transformation. Proven track record in business development and client relationship management. A strong understanding of evolving workforce expectations, workplace culture, and EX (Employee Experience) trends. Ability to connect deeply with people—clients, employees, and teams alike. Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills. MBA in HR or equivalent preferred.
