Engagement Manager

Role Overview: As a Project Manager for Data & AI Executive Communications at Quantiphi, you will play a crucial role in translating complex data initiatives into simple, compelling, and visual narratives for senior non-technical executive leadership. Your primary focus will be on designing, writing, and building executive-level presentations to make data accessible and impactful for our C-suite. This role will require travel to Hong Kong and Singapore to engage with senior executives and ensure alignment across regional leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Own Executive Communications: Design, write, and build all executive-level presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) for Senior Leaders, including materials for Board meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and steering committees. - Translate the Complex: Act as a bridge between technical data and AI teams, project managers, and senior leadership by distilling complex analytics, roadmaps, and program updates into clear, "so-what" business narratives. - Manage the Process: Proactively oversee the end-to-end communication lifecycle, from gathering inputs to meeting all executive deadlines. - International Engagement: Travel to Hong Kong and Singapore to present strategic initiatives, meet with senior executives, and ensure alignment across regional leadership. Qualifications Required: - Experience: You should have at least 10+ years of experience in executive communications, program management, strategic project support, or a similar high-impact role. - Techno-functional Understanding: A solid grasp of data concepts, AI initiatives, and their business implications to effectively translate complex information. - Executive Presentation Expertise: Demonstrated expert-level skills in PowerPoint/Google Slides with a strong, clean visual design sense. - C-level Communication: Proven experience in creating communications directly for a C-level audience and understanding "bottom line up front" messaging. - Complex Concept Translation: Ability to translate highly technical concepts into simple, persuasive stories. - Ownership & Autonomy: Show extreme ownership and the ability to work autonomously to manage competing priorities and deadlines. - Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel internationally to Hong Kong and Singapore as required.
