Engagement Manager

As an Engagement Manager at our company, your main responsibilities will include: - Single point responsibility for the engagement, involving fulfilment of engagement commitments such as timelines, deliverables, quality, and process compliance. - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the engagement by planning activities based on customer expectations and future plans. - Leading the team assigned to the engagement, ensuring productivity, motivation, and retention of team members. - Demonstrating domain knowledge of the customer's business and functional knowledge of the solutions proposed or working from C2L BIZ stable. - Managing commercial aspects of the engagement by ensuring budgeted cost/profitability, protecting commercial interests, and contributing to the commercial growth of the relationship with the customer. Qualification Required: - Educational Qualification: MBA / MMS / PGDBA (mandatory first class throughout in academics) - Experience: 9 to 12 years Please note that the job location for this role is in Mumbai/Pune, with the possibility of being posted at client sites worldwide during the assignment period.
