As an Engagement Director at Capgemini, your role will involve driving business impact and securing strategic goals and objectives for key clients of Capgemini Business Services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Service Delivery management - P&L accountability - Managing People and performance - Ensuring client satisfaction - Managing client relationships at a Delivery level - Account business planning and strategy (E2 and above) - Financial performance (Contribution Margin) - Leading Transformation & Industrialised Innovation - Supporting Growth - Ensuring Contract Compliance You will be the single point of contact for the client organization in troubleshooting and resolving all issues arising from delivery-related account activities. Your ability to understand business management will help in better understanding client needs and positioning the right CG offerings in conjunction with the Practice to bring value to the client. It will also be essential to implement best practices in People, Process, Technology, and Controls in collaboration with Practice Teams. Working closely with the Practice, you will deliver all Transformation & Innovation projects as agreed, implement relevant Technology platforms, and drive RPA Adoption across processes. Managing contractual re-negotiations while protecting business interests and maintaining customer satisfaction will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, managing the talent pipeline within the team to ensure organizational resilience on a short, medium, and long-term basis will be crucial. Your essential skills and experience should include proven experience in HR Services and Outsourcing in a global complex/matrix environment. You should have led large client delivery/portfolio delivery in the HR Service space with 100-500 FTEs (E1). Strong People/Performance management experience and delivering Transformation projects for clients, including Automation using Industry Tools and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), are required. Leadership skills in a multicultural environment, cultural sensitivity, and influencing senior business stakeholders at the client end are important attributes. Prior experience in a Multinational Organisation or BPO work culture will be beneficial.
