As an Engagement Director at HEX Advisory Group, you will play a crucial role in managing C-suite IT-BPO-GCC programs, client syndication, team leadership, consulting, ensuring maniacal quality, and swift delivery management. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating expertise in Program Management and Project Management to effectively oversee multimillion-dollar IT-Operations portfolio efficiency programs. - Utilizing your strong Communication and Consulting skills to engage with clients, provide practical insights, and drive successful outcomes. - Exhibiting Team Leadership skills to lead and mentor a dynamic team towards achieving project goals and enhancing operational performance. - Leveraging your excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify strategic opportunities and address complex challenges. - Collaborating with stakeholders using Strong interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment and drive project success.
