We are founded by IIT Bombay, IIM Ahmedabad and ex-Google alumni, and work with some of the top AI frontier labs in the world, e.g. Google Deepmind, Snowflake, and many more. We are backed by Prosus Ventures, and our India delivery office is in Hyderabad. Most of our roles are on-site i.e. Bay Area / Hyderabad.

About the Role

Employee Experience (EX) Manager

You will work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and business leaders to ensure that employees feel supported, heard, and enabled to do their best work.


Key Responsibilities

Employee Journey & Experience Design

  • Own and enhance the end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, development, transitions, exits).
  • Identify key moments that matter and design interventions to improve employee experience at scale.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of experience across teams, locations, and levels.

Engagement & Listening

  • Design and manage employee listening programs (surveys, pulse checks, focus groups, feedback forums).
  • Analyze feedback and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to close feedback loops and communicate outcomes transparently.

Onboarding & Integration

  • Build and continuously improve onboarding programs to ensure strong early engagement and productivity.
  • Partner with TA, HR Ops, and hiring managers to deliver a seamless Day 0–Day 90 experience.

Culture & Belonging

  • Drive initiatives that strengthen culture, inclusion, belonging, and employee well-being.
  • Support company values through programs, rituals, and internal communication.
  • Act as a culture champion across the organization.

Programs & Initiatives

  • Design and manage employee programs such as recognition, learning journeys, internal mobility support, and well-being initiatives.
  • Ensure programs are scalable, measurable, and aligned with business goals.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, managers, and leadership to embed EX into daily practices.
  • Coach managers on employee experience best practices and people-first leadership behaviors.

Measurement & Impact

  • Define EX metrics and track success using engagement scores, retention data, participation metrics, and qualitative feedback.
  • Use data to continuously improve programs and demonstrate ROI of EX initiatives.


Required Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in Employee Experience, HR, People Operations, HRBP, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and engagement strategies.
  • Experience designing and running employee programs at scale.
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and convert insights into action.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-growth startup or tech-driven organization.
  • Exposure to engagement tools, HRIS platforms, and survey tools.
  • Background in change management, culture transformation, or organizational development.
