Manager: Employee Experience

Location: Powai, Mumbai

Identifying key moments across the employee lifecycle and supporting the design of programs that enhance culture and drive engagement
Managing the end-to-end induction program for new hires across Delhivery PAN India
Driving initiatives focused on employee health and wellness across corporate and field location
Strengthening internal communication by supporting effective and consistent messaging channel
Supporting and implementing recognition programs to foster a culture of appreciation
Rolling out employee listening tools (e.g..- surveys, feedback mechanisms) to gather actionable insight
Planning and executing festival celebrations and cultural events to build inclusivity and connection
