Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct employee engagement surveys to measure levels of motivation, satisfaction, and commitment among employees.
Analyze survey results to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee relations, communication, induction programs, retention strategies, talent engagement, and welfare initiatives.
Develop action plans to address identified gaps and improve overall employee well-being.
Collaborate with HR teams to implement effective grievance redressal mechanisms and ensure timely resolution of employee complaints.
Provide training sessions on employee involvement techniques to enhance teamwork dynamics.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in Human Resources or related field (Employee Engagement & Retention).
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations governing industrial relations practices.
Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data insights effectively.
