Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct employee engagement surveys to measure levels of motivation, satisfaction, and commitment among employees.
  • Analyze survey results to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee relations, communication, induction programs, retention strategies, talent engagement, and welfare initiatives.
  • Develop action plans to address identified gaps and improve overall employee well-being.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to implement effective grievance redressal mechanisms and ensure timely resolution of employee complaints.
  • Provide training sessions on employee involvement techniques to enhance teamwork dynamics.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in Human Resources or related field (Employee Engagement & Retention).
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations governing industrial relations practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data insights effectively.
