Job Description

Key Responsibilities Support Engagement Initiatives : Assist in planning and executing engagement activities aligned with company values and employee expectations. Internal Communication : Draft internal communication materials such as newsletters, announcements, and event invitations. Event Coordination : Help organize and manage events like team-building activities, on-boarding sessions, festive celebrations, and CSR initiatives. Survey Administration : Assist in conducting employee pulse surveys, collating responses, and summarizing feedback reports. Recognition Programs : Coordinate recognition programs such as employee of the month, work anniversaries, and performance-based acknowledgement. On-boarding Experience : Support HR in delivering a warm, engaging, and seamless on-boarding experience to new hires. Collaboration : Work closely with HRBPs and other departments to ensure engagement activities are well-integrated and supported. Data & Reporting : Maintain trackers for event participation, survey feedback, and engagement metrics; assist with basic reporting. About You 2, 3 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or HR support functions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an energetic and approachable attitude. Creative mindset with a passion for people and workplace culture. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable using basic design or communication tools (e.g., Canva, MS Office, Google Workspace). Willingness to take ownership and contribute ideas in a collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in an eCommerce or fast-paced environment is a plus. Exposure to employee engagement platforms or tools.
