We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic HR team and help us attract the best talent in a fast-paced environment. Role & responsibilities Identify and engage passive candidates through various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.). Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Screen resumes to evaluate candidate fit. Maintain and update candidate databases and reports. Proactively recommend improvements to sourcing strategies. Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent sourcing or a similar role (preferably in a fast-paced or BPO/tech environment). Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
