Sourcer

At Dyninno, we are a global technology group of companies operating in travel, finance, and entertainment across 50+ markets. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic HR team and help us attract the best talent in a fast-paced environment.

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and engage passive candidates through various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
  
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  
• Screen resumes to evaluate candidate fit.
  
• Maintain and update candidate databases and reports.
  
• Proactively recommend improvements to sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent sourcing or a similar role (preferably in a fast-paced or BPO/tech environment).
  
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
